We ship worldwide from our offices in Nigeria and South Africa. Here is everything you need to know about delivery and returns.

Shipping

Domestic delivery (Nigeria)

  • Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days
  • Express delivery: 1 to 2 business days (select cities)
  • Delivery fees calculated at checkout

South Africa

  • Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days
  • Fulfilled from our Randburg office

International

  • Delivery: 7 to 21 business days depending on destination
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status from your account page.

Returns

Return policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be in their original condition, unopened and undamaged
  • eBooks and digital products are non-refundable once accessed

How to return an item

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address
  3. Ship the item back (return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective)
  4. Refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
